Terms
By using Hyduri Capture you agree to these terms.
Free trial and payment
Every feature is free for 7 days, and each Mac gets one trial. After that, Hyduri Capture is a one-time payment. Lemon Squeezy is the seller and handles payment, tax and receipts. A licence is per device: a standard licence works on up to two devices. For more than two, you buy one key per device, and each of those keys works on one device. Those keys are non-transferable: once a key is used, it stays with that device.
No refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable, so please use the 7-day free trial before you buy. By buying, you ask for your licence straight away and accept that you lose any right to cancel once it has been delivered. This doesn't affect any rights you have by law, including if the app is faulty. Free keys can be cancelled if they're misused.
Your content
What you capture stays yours. You're responsible for what you capture and share, including having the right to record it.

Offers
These apply only while an offer is shown on the Offers page. The promoter is TCIG LTD, of the address shown in our emails. Offers have no cash alternative, and employees of the promoter can't take part. If an offer is being abused, I can withdraw it or refuse an entry.
Launch offer. While it's running, the standard licence is $23 instead of $29, using the code LAUNCH, until the end date shown on the offer page. It doesn't apply to multi-device keys or combine with other discounts. Standard terms, including no refunds, still apply.
First 10 free. The first 10 people to claim, in the order the claims reach the server, each get one licence for up to two devices. One per person. It's emailed to the address given and can't be transferred or exchanged.
Free prize draw. Open to people aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom. Entry is free with no purchase needed, one entry per person, and it counts once you confirm by email. Each friend who enters and confirms using your link gives you one more entry, up to 10. The prize and closing date are shown on the Offers page. The winner is picked at random by computer after the closing date and told by email within 14 days. If they don't reply within 14 days, another winner is drawn. Your details are used only to run the draw, and you can ask me for the winner's first name and county by contacting me.
Refer 10, get your money back. Each buyer gets a personal link while this offer is running. When 10 different people buy through your link, I refund the price you paid for your licence, and you keep the licence. Your own purchases and refunded orders don't count. I check each reward before paying it, and I may refuse sales that look fake or were bought to earn the reward. If the payment service no longer allows a refund on your order, I'll agree another way to pay the same amount. Rewards are only available once, per person.
